Respectable Dr. I am 54 years of age and had undergone medical examination for travelling to Oman (Gulf countries) by Gulf Medical Center, Rawalpindi, Pakistan on 22nd of March 2014. Dr. Ziaullah, Chief Physician (postgraduate degrees and specialities not mentioned on his reporting pad) had declared me unfit showing written reasons that chest x-ray showed as abnormal and suspected that calcification of Rt. apex. I am non smoker, coughing is not my problem, no sputum I had noticed for the last ten years. In the medical report, the report of blood and urine are abolutely normal. Blood group B+, Haemoglobin 14.00, RBS 121, Creatine 0.8. Reason shown for medical unfitness...Tuberculosis ?
