Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Hope there is no vomiting now.
For fever, you may give her Paracetamol in a dose of 15mg/ kg/ dose every 6 hours.
You may also give her sponging with tap water.

In case if she continues to have high grade fever, she does not drink well or she is dull and lethargic, please visit your doctor again.

If it's a viral fever, it might take 4 to 5 days for fever to subside. Give her plenty of fluids.

Hope my answer helps.
Wish your daughter a speedy recovery.
