What Are The Treatments Required After Analyzing Ultrasound?
I have gone through Ultrasound test on 21.11.2013. Test Impression as follows: Mild hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration.. Bileteral renal parenchymal changes with small cortical scar of left kidney.. Mild prostatomegaly. . Can please explain to me remedies of the impression
There is mild enlargement in the size of liver with increase in fat content. This is seen in alcoholics, diabetics, obese people and few other conditions. Eating a well balanced and nutritious diet is advised.
2. Bileteral renal parenchymal changes with small cortical scar of left kidney:
There is little change in the kidney tissue as seen on ultrasound. This is not very clearly mentioned in the impression. I suggest you get blood urea and serum creatinine tests done.
3. Mild prostatomegaly:
The prostate gland is located around the neck of the urinary bladder. This enlarges with age and may cause urinary disturbances. If you have any urinary problems then please consult your urologist.
Hope this helps
