i am 20 years old.fenale.im getting strange sparks in my right foot,n my left knee hurts when i bend it..any help..thanks doctors

which part of your foot and knee is painful ? if it is the joints u may have to do some investigations like serum uric acid , RA factor, Hb%, ESR and blood counts. if every thing is normal, then u can do some exercises to your knee joint and foot. consult a nearby orthopaedician
