hi,i am having a left sided chest pain radiating to the left arm and to the back just under my shoulder plate.I also have some painful legs and other pains on my stomach just by both the side of my navel at times. what could be my problem

hello,
Your pain may be cardiac origine but hyperacidity,flatulance, constipation should be ruled out.take your Ecg first if it has problem then start exersise, yoga and pranayam. Get away from stress and constipation also.

You go for ECG to rule out coronary cause as your pain is typical of cardiac nature.
It can be due to other causes like gastritis,gas but cardiac cause should be ruled out.
