Hi,thanks for query.In any fertile women of your age,missing period means pregnancy ,unless proved otherwise.Please go for urine pregnancy test and see the result.If you have taken any tablets to delay periods or your are using some contraception then we have to think of other cause.bye.

Missed perids in fertile age ,first thiking goes for coception.do you always have such pain prior to periods? If so may be you get periods in a couple of days.
you can do urine preg. test to confirm or exclude pregnancy.
Some times illness or exertion, tension can cause it.
Simple painkiller With a glass of milk will relive you.
If no pregnancy is found, take gynac's advice.
