My 50 year old mother has a fever , chest pains, literally goes from sweating to shivering, she cant talk or eat because her throat hurts you cant touch her because that hurts to and walking gets her dizzy! help?!
the symptoms mostly suggest an infectious origin is present.the symptoms are diffuse.if chest pain is associated with cough then it may be pleuritic chest pain.some times MI presents in this manner in women and diabetics so always an ECG is must in this complaints.u can get an ABG,glucose, complete haemogram, serum electrolytes.after that we can come to conclussion, she may be in dyselectrolytemis also.so hurry up and see this investigations are done
The symptoms of your mother are too diverse. She needs hospital care and thorough investigation. There is a infection in the body and some basic tests like CBC,MP,WIDAL, ECG, etc needs to be done. Please see a doctor immediately and to ruce the paina dnfever you can give her paracetamol 650 mg.
