What Back Pain, Chest Pain And Indigestion?

I had back pain yesterday which before the afternoon was out had developed into chest pain that felt like Indigestion. The pain was in the mid chest area and was quite severe. I got out of bed and sat up to try and relieve the pain. Took Gaviscon to help

Seems like GERD. But still would like to rule out ischemic heart disease.
Did your drug help?
Do you have diabetes or hypertension?
Are you an alcoholic?
