What Can I Do As My Son Has Darkish Bumps On Back Of Tongue?

I just noticed my 1 year old son has darkish bumps on the back of his tongue. He's had a cold for the last 3-4 days, no fever just runny nose. He's been licking everything lately and pulling at his tongue. What do you think? Should I take him into emerg?

You should visit a pediatrician for proper examination of your son and correct treatment plan.
