Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you have the cold, bronchitis, and might be the infection of the internal ear. It usually causes the vertigo, and loss of balance, nausea etc.
Zithromax is a gastric irritant, so it also can cause vomiting.so treatment failure, and continuation of fever, and hot flushes.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, omeprazole, domperidone, phenylefrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
