What Can I Do To Recover From Descended Upper Abdomen Due To Pancreatitis?

i have a severe decended upper abdomin, I have pain there and through my back. I can only eat very small amounts of food at one time. I have been in the hospital recently with pancriutitus. I am concerned and embarresed...I look 6 months pregnant, but know I am not.
