What Can Be Done For Low BP After Angioplasty?

My husband had angioplasty yesterday with three stents being placed. Two in the LAD. He was released from hospital this morning after he felt better from a low bp all morning. It is now 114/54 and a heart rate of 46. He is 55 years old. Do I need to call the hospital or our doctor?

Dear sir

Low blood pressure following angioplasty is due to decreased cardiac output and low heart rate is due to pacemaker failure.

It happens due to death of the myocardial tissue by blockage of coronary arteries for which angioplasty had been done.

So the best way to tackle is
1. Artificial pace maker installation
2. Stop all antihypertensive drugs except ACE inhibitors

Thanks
