First you should find out the cause of swelling of foot.
If you have some vascular obstruction or varicose vein,this may cause problem.
In filariasis swelling of leg is there.
Go for blood sugar to rule out diabetes.
Penis enlarge machine is useless,So called psedo sexologist may advised this machine but never try,it is not going to give any resut.
