What can be done to improve 15% heart function on a 59 yr old man. Just had 2 open heart surgeries in 6 weeks first to replace mitral valve to mechanical valve, 2nd open heart surgery because fluid built up around the heart and the heart was stuck on scar tissue to his sternon and when they opened him up the front heart tore. He almost died. What advice can you give us. Heart Dr said he needs to go on complete disability. Thank you
