Hi. for the past three days my boyfriend has been having headaches, stomach aches, and runny poop. he somtimes feels a little dizzy. What can be the cause of this?

it seems to be gastroenteritis
take oral rehydrating solution regular interval to prevent dehydration.
dehydration can cause dizziness.
take small light food. avoid spicy foods.
if frequency increases and it become more severe consult the physician.
