What Can Be The Reason For Low BP, Chest Pain, Discomfort To Eat And Dizziness?
i have low blood pressure, also uterine polyps, highly anaemic, i suffer dizziness all the time and my vision blurrs, it hurts when i eat and i end up with bad pain just below the centre of my ribs..i have no energy and have started smoking ice on a daily basis? i have also been getting pain in my chest and I feel like im having a heart attack.. I think im having a major breakdown. I am not taking any medication

In my opinion you should immediately consult emergency department and start treatment.
You may have blood loss which is causing anemia and hypotension. And if not controlled this can be very serious.
Your all symptoms are explained by blood loss and hypotension. So better to hospitalise first and search for source of blood loss.
You may need intravenous fluids and blood transfusion.
