What Can Be The Reason For Migraines?

Hi, I am 40, 5'8' and 170 lbs and just been diagonosed with vestibular migrianes after 8 months of testing, doctors and specialist at Georgetown University.

I also have cervical spinal stenosis which (a year ago) was determined to be still in the mild stage. For the last 5 days or so, I have been experiencing tingling in my left arm and hand. It happens at anytime day or night. When I had a vestibular migriane the intensity of the tingling increased. No matter what I do I can't get it to stop. It may stop while I'm exercising my arm only to return immediately after I stop. Could this be related to my migraines, stenosis or both. I go to my neurologist on Friday (4/29) but I'm curious. Thanks
