At your age of 56yrs it is important to find the reason of getting pricking sensation and cramp on one side of body.It could be due to deficiency of vitamins;some neurological problem or even in case of anxiety.It will be better for you to get examined by a doctor to evaluate your problem as the first thing to rule out will be a neurological problem.So get examined by a doctor and if possible take a opinion of a Neurologist.
