What Can Be The Reason For Sleeping Problem?

I am 31 and when I lay down to go to sleep I often rock back and forth or shake my leg back and drug to help me sleep. Why is this? My friend has told me it's a symptom of sexual abuse but to the best of my knowledge that's not a problem in my life. Is it just a way to comfort myself to sleep?

Hello
Welcome here.
As per your description, I donot think this is worrisome. Different individuals have different sleeping patterns and ways to sleep. This could be just your way. I donot think you should worry for that.
There is no such association between sexual abuse and sleeping positions.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
