General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it may be due to the anemia, deficiency conditions, or some chronic diseases like tuberculosis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have ultra sound and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, paracetamol, and protein supplements.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
