What Can Cause A Sore Throat, Shoulder And Stomach Ache ?

I am taking penicillin for a sore throat I ve had for about 7 weeks on and off which causes me to occasionally lose my voice. I now have bad left shoulder ache and some stomach ache. Am I okay to take paracetamol to ease the pain? Also, is this normal?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
This is not at all normal to be sick for such a long time as long as 7 weeks.
Read and understood that you have a sore throat for which you are taking penicillin, occasionally you are loosing voice.
This indicates that you have not only upper respiratory infection but also laryngitis.
I would advise advise you in such a condition the following:
First all get endoscopy by an ENT to have clinical evaluation and examination to see the exact problem, and then only a proper treatment is possible.

The resultant neck myalgia can cause should pain.
The medicines and the infection that you swallow give gastritis and related problems.

Take proper diagnosis and treatment t first get a proper diagnosis and then only a surgery can be planned.
