What Can Cause A Swelling In Maxillary Area, Around Eye And Brow, Pain Around Eye?
2 years ago I had inverted papilloma in all sinuses of the left side of my face along with tear duct and bone and turbinate involement. Recently I have had swelling in maxillary area, around eye and brow, pain around eye, left side nasal blockage, light headed, nose bleeds, general malaise, headaches and am just worried it is back.

There is a basis for your worry. Inverted papilloma does have a risk of recurrence as though benign it is aggressive.
So given this new onset of symptoms. So you should see an ENT specialist as an endoscopic examination may be necessary.
