Hello As you mentioned that 6 months back you were a patient of typhoid fever and recovered . Now even after this there is nausea, gastritis , heart burn , lower back pain with pain in the ribs but above all you are also having BREATHLESSNESS and wheezing bloating. These symptoms may be due to , these includes. 1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination ( there develops whistling sound with ronchi ). In my opinion cons ult a physician and get his opinion. 2 Due to certain medicine for typhoid there develops hyper acidity and gastritis . So take some antacid , but if symptoms are sever ( as may be in your case) then you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantaloc-D twice in day for 10 -15 days on empty stomach. 3 As you mentioned that there is breathlessness so this may be due to TUBERCULOSIS as I have noted in my many patient that after or during treatment of typhoid patient usually get tubercular infection .Diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest and blood examination for C B C & E SR . In my opinion in your case there is chance of review is there so consult one more physician and get his opinion as I mentioned above. Good luck.
