What Can Cause Back Pain,leg Pain,finger Pain And Joint Pain?

Hello Doctor, My husband he had fever 2 months ago when we consult doctor, my husband have ESR 70 mm in hour, after he fever he having lot's problem back pain, leg pain, finger pain and joint pain. he facing lot's of problem, he don't have normal health now, can you please advice what to do.
