Hi doctor My daughter has been using crystal meth. clean for 3mths but for two days now she complained about blocked ears but also suffering from allergies. so its difficult for me to determine what is going on or if she was snorting some other drug because suddenly sleeping pattern has changed.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of blocked ears and allergies which is because of severe upper respiratory tract infection and allergic reaction with unknown allergen. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wear a mask and you should try to stay inside home. You should take shower when coming from outside and take antihistamine drug like benadryl or claritin-d (combination of antihistamine and decongestant). You should avoid touching or pricking ears and put otogesic ear drops. Citrus fruits and onion water will be very helpful. you should take nasal rinses. If allergy still persist or get worse consult allergy specialist for proper examination and go for patch test to find out exact diagnosis and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
