What Can Cause Cough, Cold And Red Rash Over Face And Back In An Infant?

My 6 month granddaughter has been sick got last 4 days, coughing temp over 40, runny nose and constant crying when moved, woke up this morning with a red rash on her face chest and back . Have an appointment later . But I m guessing measles she has her vaccinations ?

it can be measles. inspire of vac cination it comes. it will go through its course. there will be fever cough sneezing red eyes. slowly there will be improvement. keep watch on child. hydration may be maintained and control fever with paracetamol tablet or syrup.
