Hi 40 year old female... I jst bent down and had clear fluid drip from my right nostril; any ideas. I dont' have a cold or allergies. I have been having tension headaches and have been diagnosed with having Fibromylsia ..... ( I thnk I spelled it right) Any ideas/

Clear water from nose through nasolacrimal duct, a tube which connects eyes to nose, hence eye water comes through nose sometimes.
