What Can Cause Excess Amount Of Mucus In Body?

Hi , I am a 17 yr old female and I wanted to know what does it mean when there's excess amount of mucus in the body ? When I pee , there's mucus , after I drink anything there's a lot of mucus I need to spit out , and it seems like my nose is always running. I've done some research & have read that it can be stress that causes it or I need to change my diet. Can you help me Please ?

excess mucous corresponds to kapha prakop.citrak curna,trikatu curna,sadhya vaman after looking into your and dosh balabal would be advisable,it seems to me that you are having sarvadehic kapha prakop.proper vaman with snehan swedan purva can can be given afterwards.tribuvan kirti,rasnadi guggulu,navayas loho are can be used with proper expert advice.
