What Can Cause Low Fever With Loss Of Appetite And Body Ache?

Hi, my age is 29 years, for the past few days (from monday), I am having low fever in the evening (starting 4 pm), around 100F.When I reach home from work around 9 pm in night , I take medicine and then the fever subsides.I also have loss of appetite and little bodyache.I also feel slightky dizzy sometimes. I am unable to understand the reason for the same. Please advise.

Hi,

Most probably you are going through a virosis with low grade fever as the main manifestation.
Work stress and skipping meals would also be a cause.
I advise to
- have your meals regularly
- drink more water
- get complete blood work
- run urine analysis
