What Can Cause Miscarriage And Further Delay In Pregnancy?

Dear Sir,
We have got married in Nov 2009. My wife conceived pregnancy just after few months of marriage. But unfortunately miscarriage is happened. We had tried a lot, but failed to got success. Now both of us after one year of our marriage we wana baby.
Please help us.

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion as the conception occurred once there are chances for fertility.The causes of miscarriage are genetic abnormalities,hormonal abnormalities like progesterone insufficiency,,thyroid abnormalities,infections,any uterine abnormalities etc.If both the partners are normal with regular menstrual cycles and normal semen analysis there are good chances of pregnancy.Avoid stress.As stress leads to hormonal imbalance delaying the fertility further.Regular intercourse daily also increases the success rate.There are many methods for infertility treatment available .So dont worry.
