a week ago i had a pain in my neck when i moved it from side to side and up and down. wehn i moved it it felt like something was pulling. Hat pain has one aqway but now I feel a tightness in my legs and weakness as well. I also have been doing more work around the house than usuall. does this sound like something serious.
