What Can Cause Recurrent Fever And Infection After Recovering From Septic Pneumonia?

Our daughter was in the hospital in April for septic Pneumonia and several other issues due to pneumonia since then we keep getting better then running a low grade fever once the beginning of bronchitis now antibiotic again. She has always been very healthy before this what type of infection would keep coming back like this
