What Causes Recurrent Fever And Cough?

Yes you may, I have had a cough for a little over 2 weeks, no nasel congestion. Have had a fever on and off, and now my temp. is below normal, 96.5. Is this okay? I have had pneumonia before, it has been 5 years. I also have only 70% of lung capacity in one lung.
