Hi
Thanks for writing your query
The foremost cause could be osteoporosis that is weakness of bone. So, you can start diet rich in calcium and vitamin D along with exercise. You may get blood test done for vitamin D, blood sugar, and calcium.
Having said that other causes need to be ruled out so my advice would be visiting your local doctor.
Take care and wish you good health
