I have put on 12 kg in the last 6 months. I have not changed my diet in the last 5 years and I work out 3 times a week at the gym. I had all tests done and my thyroid glen was 12.3 according the last test. I do not have any sweets, cakes or the junk food. My plate is filed up with fresh vegetables and fish or chicken Any ideas???
Hello,Welcome to the HCM, Brief.. the changes in weight could be hereditary Detail..Since causes of increased weight can be hormonal disbalance for example in girls ovarian cyst can be the main cause ,and thyroid problem,which you told is with in normal range.So most probably the cause can be hereditary.For that you have to eat more carbohydrates in the morning as compare to protein and fats ,and in the night have only protein,that diet regime will definitly help you out, You may ask further without hesitation regarding your health.
