Hi I am Rajesh,age 31,My query is ,i have a severe neck pain for last 3 years and i found through MRI that it is a disc bulge in neck .Now i am feeling numbness in hand and legs and more over i am finding myself very week.I would request you to provide me the treatment options and preventive measures
