What Can Happen If The Pancreas Gets Bigger In Size?

My respiratory specialist referred a CT for pleural base thickening. The CT result showed both my lung and chest are normal. But then the doctor said the result showed my pancreas is bigger than normal. What is the implication of that? However he added that the size is the same as the CT result I did 3 years ago? What would that be? The doctor said he would go to the hospital to see the CT pictures. If necessary, he would ask me to do a test. What test would that be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the important is your clinical symptoms and not the size of pancreas I actually more focus on clinical sign and symptoms, in my opinion if this is asymptomatic then just forget about this, and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
