Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

It appears from the symptoms you are having cervical spondylosis, it is common in diabetes as it is caused by degeneration or osteoporosis of cervical spine.

Since incidence of coronary vascular disease is common in diabetes it is essenstial to do following speciality
1. Coronary calcium scoring by ct scan
2. Ecg
3. X ray of cervical spine.

Thanks
