Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
Pain seems to be neurological in origin. It may be due to
nerve pinch, spinal nerves damage at the origin from
vertebral column that may be due to disc herniation. It may also be due to space occupying lesion in
spinal cord or vertebral column which compresses the nerve route going down into the legs.
When a nourishing nerve is damaged or deranged, the innervated muscle of this nerve gets weeks and bulk of muscle goes away, leaving behind a dent.
You should see a
neurologist for complete evaluation and treatment. For that time take
gabapentin 300mg by mouth twice daily along with Ibuprofen800mg twice daily.
Also get your blood sugar levels checked. How is your blood pressure status???
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
