If you have experienced anal sex, then, the clear sticky discharge from your anus is due to inflammation of rectum due to trauma during sex.
Actually anus is not part of sexual behavior. It will always come with problems if you follow these types of sexual behaviors.
For the moment, you can take prep H. Keep the anus well clean. Avoid anal sex (that is the most important thing).
If still no improvement, anoscopy and colonoscopy to run to evaluate the changes of the mucosa to rule out inflammatory diseases.
