What Cause Dizziness Along With Fatigue?

Hello, I have been having bouts of dizziness, fatigue, and weakness for a few days now. I recently had bronchitis and was on an antibiotic and a steroid for a week. I have been off of this for a week now, but have had my current symptoms from about 5 days. I am not having any other symptoms.
