What Cause My Body Feels Like It's Shaking But Actually Not Moving?
Hi! I was wondering, as the months past I noticed that when I lay down to go to sleep my body feels like it's shaking but my body is not actually moving. What could cause this? I'm only 30 years old. I noticed these symptoms after I delivered with my only child. She is now 2 years and 9 months.
Hello ! I understand your concern. In my opinion there is nothing to worry about. . This may be a sign of body reaction to the physical exercise and emotional stress during the day. When you lay down to sleep after a day full of physical and psychological activity , your body comes into a new situation of relaxation. The change may cause the feeling of shaking. I would recommend you a little rest. Rising up a baby may sometimes be exhausting for young mothers. Practicing Yoga would be very helpful. If the problems persist a brain EEG would be helpful to determine if there is a real problem with your brain, like epilepsy or sleep problems. Hope to have been helpful! Thank you for using HCM! Best wishes, Dr. Abaz
