i am not getting my periods for the last two months... I feel the normal abdominal pain That i feel during my periods... Some clots come in my urine during my normal period days But there is no blood... Has been happening for the past two cycles.... Please help...
The pattern of menstrual flow can change from cycle per cycle. Sometimes the amount of blood loss could be less and can only present as clots. This can occur due to fluctuations in reproductive hormone levels, depending on different causes like psychological, changes in diet, sleep, weight, etc., general causes like anemia, thyroid abnormalities, etc.
If you want to get evaluated, please consult your gynecologist once, get examined and go for investigations like ultrasound, hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, thyroid profile, etc. With this work up the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be planned accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
