What Cause Palpitations With Breathing Difficulty?

throughout the day I constantly feel my heart beating against my ribs, even when I'm resting. It never stops. it will also all of a sudden for no reason just beat faster and harder and sometimes even hurts. Also, I get a sudden feeling like I don't have enough air and have to take a really big breath (this happens especially when I'm talking). When I take these breaths my heart gets fast again. When this happens I can't talk clearly either and have to focus really hard on what I'm saying. This is very uncomfortable and unnerving.
