What Cause Rash In My Breast?

I take lamictal for a couple years and was just recently increased. things seem okay, but woke up after sleeping with hives under my breast. was not wearing a braw then slept and it's hot outside. they rash is same shape as my breast, should I worry? should I take my nighttime dose???
