What Cause Severe Headache And Tunnel Vision Along With Dizziness Daily?

Female, 35 years old, 165 lbs. -Each day around the same time of day I get dizzy, it is hard to focus or concentrate. This last for 20 mins or so and then I get sharp stabbing pain the back of my head and tunnel vision. I was seen for this the first time it happened while I was at work. My vitals were all normal. I was given a shot of Tordol and migrain medication. Since the first episode it has occured daily, which is 6 days now.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, if you take oral contraceptive pills or a hormonal replacement therapy, you should stop them and ask a gynecologist for help. Second, you should have a full examination of you eyes with an ophthalmologist, the intraocular pressure and the fundus examination are essential to diagnose your case. The pain killer and migraine treatment are not suitable for your case.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
