What Cause Sweating And Shaking Feeling After Breakfast?

hi.after taking my breakfast i was feeling like shaking in my head and sweating from my head,then i lay down to left and my heart beat moving too fast like i can hear that.i am 20 week pregnant.my b.p was normal and also blood glucose was normal.i dun know what was that.after recovering from this i am feeling very tired.kindly help me

My strongest feeling is that this is a one time occurrence that represents no disease or any danger to the body. I will suggest that you monitor it and only seek further medical attention should this happen again in future which would be very unlikely.
