Hello and thank you for contacting HCM.

I don't think that this is the hernia giving you all these symptoms, and i understand your concerns. I will explain what i think it's one of the most possible reasons for your symptoms.

As you mentioned above, you have the feeling you need to urinate every moment. There are a lot of reasons why someone has this symptom, but if we talk about a healthy 32 years male, like you, well the cause i think is from an urinary tract infection (UTI). This can explain the pain that you feel, the need to urinate every moment, and it can explain other symptoms if you feel in the passing of the hours of the next days like:
-sensation of burning while you urinate
-blood in urine
-changes of the color of the urine, and even its smell
-passing frequent, small amounts of urine

At this moment,if i were your doctor i would start you on ibuprofen to relieve the pain and would advice to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis. Right now,i don't think that you need to start any antibiotic, because there are times when with a healthy diet, every symptom vanishes.
I advice having plenty of fluids, especially fresh fruit juice
-rose tea, chamomile tea,peppermint-ginger-juniper berry tea, 1-2 cup each day help the bladder to get clean and fight infection and inflammation of the wall.
-go to the bathroom as often as you need to – don't hold it in

Do the changes in your diet,do a urine test, or even the urine tests that you can do at home (dipstick test kits),and after you have the results please contact me again to see if you need antibiotics or not,or even if you have any other question.

Wish you good health.
