Regarding your query for bleeding from ear of an one years old daughter who had injured her ear by q-tip and get bleeding from her ear.
No doubt this is a traumatic bleeding and you are worried about injury to ear drum. At present she is having blood clott in her ear canal so your family doctor can't see the eardrum.
Here I would like to tell you that you should examine your child by ENT specialist to find out any perforation and if any that should be properly managed. Fortunately the regeneration power of ear drum is very high so need not to worry.
Regards.
