What Caused Dizziness In Eyes?

I was sitting here on my computer, when I started to feel very hot, like burning, I opened a window and felt a little better but still felt hot, then I started feeling dizzy, like I was going to pass out. I stood up to go to the bathroom as I was using the bathroom something on the ground caught my eye, as I started looking at it I felt as if the room was spinning and it didn´t stop until I looked back up and focused on my breathing, I didn´t feel short of breath or chest pain or numbness in face o anything like that. I am severely obese 5ft 11, 295 lbs. I take 16mg Atacand which is a blood pressure medicine. I just checked my blood pressure says 130/90. 87 bpm , I haven't taken my medicine yet for bp, I usually take it around this time everyday. any idea what just happened to me ?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness.
This is usually not related to the eye problem.
This can be caused by high blood pressure or because of hypoglycemia.
The other causes like neurological problems need yo be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to take your medicine for blood pressure and if the symptoms does not subside you need to consult your doctor for and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
